At any time during your employment, the Company shall, at its expense, be entitled to require you to undergo an examination by a qualified medical practitioner to be appointed or approved by the Company and you authorize the qualified medical practitioner so appointed to disclose to the Company the results of the examination and discuss with the Company any matters arising from the examination as might impair you in properly discharging your duties. To assist the medical practitioner, you agree to the disclosure of your medical records. Your own doctor shall be entitled to receive a copy of the report.
