请问施工合同当中这一条应该怎么翻译啊？

1 The Construction Manager shall
indemnify and hold harmless the Owner from against claims, demands, losses,
costs, damages, actions, suits, or proceedings (hereinafter called "claims"),
by third parties that arise out of, or are attributable to, the Contractor's
performance of the Contract provided such claims are caused by negligent acts
or omissions of the Construction Manager, and made in compliance with anylimitation statute of the province or territory of the Place of the Work.

工程经理应该保护和不能伤害业主的申诉，需求，损失，费用，伤害，行动，讼案或者诉讼行动（之后叫做claims，权利）。由第三方引起的或者参与的承包方使用提供“权利”的合同是由于工程经理的疏忽或忽视所引起的，所以承包商在履行提供“权利”的合同中要遵守当地地区或者是省的对于此项工作的任何限制法令。
