摘要：近几年，随着我国高等教育的普及，高校招生规模迅速扩大，大学生的就业形势越来越严重。新疆农业大学是一所立足边疆少数民族地区的农科类院校，作为农科类院校的农村生源大学生面对就业所遇到的挑战性更强，感受的压力也更大。本文以新疆农业大学为观察点，通过问卷调查、统计分析、访谈以及总结有关大学生就业问题研究文献等方法，对农科类院校农村生源毕业生就业择业意向和行为表现进行了分析和探讨。文章总结了在调查中发现的农科类院校农村生源大学生在就业择业过程中突显的问题，并揭示了对其影响的内外因素。文章最后提出了倡导大学生树立健康就业观念，鼓励农科院校的农村生源学生毕业后回家乡就业、发展得对策，对缓解社会中农科类院校农村生源大学生就业困难提出了一些建议。

Abstract: In recent years, with the popularization of higher education in China, the rapid expansion of college enrollment scale, a university student employment situation has become increasingly serious. Xinjiang Agricultural University, is a frontier in ethnic minority areas based on the agricultural colleges, agricultural colleges as a source of rural employment by the university students face the challenges of the stronger, feeling the pressure greater. In this paper, Xinjiang Agricultural University for observation, through surveys, statistical analysis, interviews and concluding the employment of college students study literature and so on, the agricultural colleges in rural students graduate employment career intentions and conduct an analysis and discussion. The article summed up the survey found that the agricultural colleges students in rural students in the course of employment career highlight the problem and reveals the impact of its internal and external factors. The article concludes with the students advocate a healthy concept of employment and encourage rural students of the Academy of Agricultural Science school students back home after graduation employment, develop countermeasures to ease the agricultural community colleges in rural employment difficulties students university students made a number of recommendations.
