准备材料:灵芝5克、 鸡1/2只 、红枣6个、枸杞10克、党参20克、桂圆8个、姜5片、盐1茶匙、清水适量
制作步骤:
1、将鸡洗净剁成两大块,红枣洗净去核、党参洗净切段,枸杞、桂圆洗净,灵芝切成长条。

2、锅内放水烧开,把鸡肉放入锅内焯烫去血水,然后捞起洗净。
