Ever since the continuous events of battery explosion in 2006, Dell's sales have been reducing sharply, and the share price drops all the way. The ex-CEO Kavin Rollins resinged with blame. The founder of Dell, Mickael Dell regained his position and controlled Dell company. He puts forward that the company will reform in 2007. The company will discard the direct sale strategy which has consistantly been carried on. He proposes that Direct sale is a revolution rather than a belief. A lot of sale models like retails will be added to their sales model. It can be said that Dell will enter into the time of DELL2.0 in its history.

Thanks to the change of the direct sale model, Dell's mythical experience of the just-in-time model is abou to change after its 14 years success. Our next main target is to ponit out the present problems that the justi-in-time model faces after the revolution of Dell company.
