摘要

随着经济转型的不断完成和资本市场的不断完善，中国企业经营管理模式正在逐步实现与国际接轨。一方面，企业之间的兼并、重组、股权转让等活动日益活跃起来，作为交易定价的基础和依据，企业价值评估越来越受到重视。另一方面，现代企业制度不断建立完善，价值管理观念也逐步被广大中国企业所接纳推崇。企业价值评估作为价值管理的一个绩效指标，也因日益凸显其重要性。企业价值评估在我国起步较晚，主要借鉴于西方的理论和方法逐步的发展起来，由于时间短，而且身处的经济环境、资本市场还不够完善。所以真正适用于我国的企业价值评估理论研究、实践方法还是处于长期的探索之中。
动漫行业是一个新兴的的文化产业，近年来在全球发展迅猛。中国的动漫行业处于起步阶段，但发展速度快，空间广阔，动漫产品外延在不断扩展，已经形成完整的产业链。动漫行业的企业价值也日益为投资者所关注。
本文通过查阅整理了国外企业价值经典理论的基础上，认真分析研究了目前在国际上应用较为广泛的企业价值评估方法，并对各种方法进行分析比对，结合动漫行业的特点，最后选择了EVA经济增加值法，对案例公司进行价值评估。
本文在对案例公司的评估过程中，采用规范性的研究方法，展示了企业价值评估的整体流程，并将评估的结果和评估基准日案例公司的股票收盘价作比较，最后采用“自由现金流量法”对EVA法的评估结果进行验证，得到实际市场价值有与评估结果相当接近的结果，从而证明EVA法适合于动漫企业的价值增长特点，能够有效的反映动漫企业的企业价值。
