您好，您的有些表述是比较中式的，而英语中的信件通常有些与中文不同的，比如冒昧这样的话很少说，代替这类话的，英语中首先是表明自己是如何得知对方的，以标示礼貌。或者说以一种更加积极的方式，这也是外国人与中国人“整事儿”的习惯不同之处。
