摘要：我国自20世纪90年代末大学开始扩招以来，大学生就业难问题就随之产生了，近几年，大学毕业生初次就业率下降，供需比日趋上升，就业形势不容乐观，受到了社会各界的普遍关注，大学生就业问题成为当前最突出的社会问题之一。去年爆发的金融危机席卷全球，更使大学生就业难上加难，本文从多个方面对大学生的就业形势进行分析，以求让大学生们认清当前社会形势，从而更好的解决就业问题
