Along with the development of modernsociety , more and more people are suffering from heavy pressure , especiallyour students.With the growth of age,we may feel the increasing stress whichfrom family or school.We will get rid of stress if only we can handle it in a goodway.
With time and hard work , I have found myown ways of handling stress at school.
First,I found our course is so heavy and Ihave not enough time to finish it.Day by day,I feel upset and
lost the interst in studying.But,throughthinking over and over again,I realized the reason why I can't finish theassignment is I didn't make good use of my time.After that,I started to arrangemy time reasonable and also get efficient.And when I too tired to study,Ialways listen to music to relaxing myself.Besides,, I always keepcorrespondence with my friends , when I come across some trouble , they areavailable to comfort me and make me feel better.
Living in a stress-free life, we can tellourselves that we can over come those difficulties , no matter how hard theyare ,the belief that everything will be fine make us believe in a brightfuture.

2） 估计LZ写完后自己检查过，但是可能没有把作文写完后放到一边、过几天再回来仔细检查。如果做了后者，你会发现更多的语法错误、发现更多更好的表达法。
3） 平时可注重收集、反复翻看更多的好词好句 ------ 必须连同句子一起摘下来，才能知道准确的用法。比如 “living IN a stress-free life"：平时如果很注意收集、温习好词好句的话，你可能会知道那个 in 是画蛇添足了。
