According to the Agreement between the Manufacturer and Obelis referring to European Authorized Representative Services, follows the information below about Vendor's Endorsement.

The Agreement requires the Manufacturer to take the appropriate insurance to cover Obelis’ potential exposure under this Agreement. In the event the Manufacturer does not hold a Product Liability Insurance Policy at the time of signature of this Agreement he shall sign this Statement about Vendor’s
Endorsement stating that no Product Liability Insurance Policy exists at the time of signature of this Agreement.

In accordance with the above, the Manufacturer hereby declares that he does not hold a Product Liability Insurance Policy and therefore shall not send Obelis an original copy of the Product Liability Insurance Policy Endorsement;

In either case the Manufacturer shall sign the Release of Liability document.
