请翻译：
我们确认可以这样操作。
但是请通知银行，要接受以下的不符点。
1. LC要求，提单正本交银行。但是铁路运输和海运不一样，铁路运输的提单正本货代会直接给你们，我们只有副本。
2. 信用证上D款的交期是不迟于2014年12月20。但是造成货期的延误，不是我们的问题。

We confirm we can handle as you mentioned.(这块你可以改下，因为不知道你上文怎么谈的。）

But pls. notice your bank to accept the discrepancy as below:

1. According to the LC request, the Original BL need to be submitted to the bank. But the railway bill is different to the BL. The agency can give you the original railway bill to you, we could only got the COPY one. 

2. Item D is LC show the latest date of shipment is Dec.20,2014. But the delay for shipment, which is not caused by us.
