摘要:在河北地区不同的牛场进行生化黄腐酸添加试验,研究生化黄腐酸对奶牛生产性能和生化指标及体细胞数的影响,进一步研究乳房炎抗病力。选择76头(芦台天成50头,保定宏康26头)泌乳前期的奶牛,根据体细胞数、产奶量、胎次和泌乳天数进行分组试验。结果表明,添加生化黄腐酸的试验组奶牛的产奶量提高了5.99%,乳脂率提高8.50%,体细胞数下降了40.09%,蛋白率变化不明显。奶牛血清中SOD含量提高了1.7%~3.6%,GSH-PX含量提高了1.53 %~7.72%,LDH、MDA变化不明显,各指标差异均不显著(p>0.05)。通过进行牛血液血常规检查,发现实验组奶牛白细胞维持在奶牛正常范围内。表明饲喂生化黄腐酸具有促进奶牛泌乳,提高机体抗病力,并且有促进营养物质代谢的趋势。
