An In-Store Credit is an account credit that can be used by selecting In-Store Credit in the shopping cart. In lieu of an In-Store Credit, a refund directly to your payment method may be available upon request if supported by the payment processor. If a refund is processed directly to your payment method, it can take 5-7 days for the funds to be applied.
