不是汉语意思通顺就可以，英语语法和汉语语法有区别：
1、what...do with sth.是常见搭配句式。
2、On Sunday there are a lot of children playing in the park, whose parents are seated together joking. 原句选择A，逗号后面部分是独立主格结构（their parents + seated together joking）；要用whose，需改成句子，故此！
