In modern world, the economy is developmental and technology is developed.So we have to study and work hard so that we can live better.But we often feel very tired on study and work.We need to know how to relax when we got tired.
If we do a lot of work,our head may be very heavy.We can't learn any more.In fact, we have many ways of relaxing.
First,we can do exercise.For example,go running ,swimming,biking and so on.The most universal wy to relax is walking.We can take a walk in a garden.
Second,we can eat our favourite food,like chocolate,biscuit,sweet,oranges and so on.
Third,listening light music is the most effective.We had better listen to our favourite pop star's songs by MP3.When we can't do that ,we can sing ourselves.
Fourth,if we have done a lot of homework and don't want to do homework at all.We should do some reading.We are interested in the extracurricular books.They bring us knowledge and happiness.
Fifth,as our eyes are tired we need to go out to see the grass,trees and anything else green.
Working and studying hard are very important for us.But having a healthy body is more important.
在现代社会,经济发达科技进步,使得我们需要努力学习和工作才能生活得更好一些,但是我们经常会为此感到劳累。我们有必要知道如何放松自己。如果我们做了很多工作后,脑袋会很沉重,我们无法再学得更多。事实上,我们有很多放松的方式。

首先,可以做锻炼。比如说,跑步,游泳,骑骑自行车等等。最常见的是散步。我们可以在公园里散散步。

其次呢,我们可以吃我们最喜欢的食物,像巧克力,饼干呀,桔子呀等等。

第三呢,听听轻音乐也是很有效的。我们可以通过MP3去听听我们很喜欢的明星的歌。如果没有条件这样时,也可以自己唱唱歌。

第四,如果我们做了很多作业后再也不想做的时候,我们可以阅读一些东西。我们可以去看看课外书,这些书会带我们知识和快乐。

第五,当我们的眼睛累了我们需要出去看看草啊,树啊,还有其他绿色的东西。

努力学习努力工作对于我们来说很重要,但是拥有一个健康的身体更重要。

The first step in order to relax yourself is to sleep a lot. Sleeping is the most important thing when you want to feel better. In order to get accustomed, go to bed at the same hour every day and sleep the number of hours your body needs. In order to sleep well, a good bath is the best remedy. Be careful, a temperature of minimum 37 grades will do no good to your skin. Add some drops of relaxing plants oil in the water because they will relax you even more. If your feet hurt, salve them with a special milk which can be used even at the office, under the delicate stocking.

Save some days of your holiday for periods when stress and tiredness become unendurable.

Don’t forget!
Before you enter the bath, inhale deep the perfumed emanations that rise up together with the steams. These emanations represent a good manner of relaxation.
