摘要
公共关系已经成为现代企业的一项管理职能,也成为了企业战略的重要组成部分。公共关系已经同资金、设备、人才一起被称为现代企业的四大支柱。人们已越来越多地认识到,在协调现代组织,尤其是企业与公众之间的关系,树立企业形象,扩大企业的影响力方面,良好的公共关系是企业谋求生存与发展不可或缺的条件。企业发展公关活动,并不在于直接销售商品和直接提供服务,而是通过公共关系的传播,与顾客和其他目标受众建立良好的关系态势,改善企业的运营环境,同时企业营销活动的实践也证明,有效地开展公关活动,能为企业带来显著的经济效益和社会效益。
本文以中国麦德龙外部公关问题为研究对象,通过对中国麦德龙外部公关的目标受众分析、传播信息及目标分析和不同总裁领导时期公关策略分析,并进行了结构式访谈总结归纳后,发现中国麦德龙目前在外部公关沟通过程中存在的主要问题,并针对这些问题结合实际情况有的放矢地运用了公关传播的相关理论给出了应对策略。
本研究可以对中国麦德龙未来的外部公关策略制定和实施起到积极的作用,帮助中国麦德龙运用合理的外部公关策略来适应中国国情,收到事半功倍的效果,提高其品牌的知名度和美誉度。

Research of China Metro’s Public Relationship Issues and Managing Strategies

Abstract
Public relationship has become a function of management of modern enterprises, ithas also become an important part of enterprise strategy. Public relationship together with funds, equipment, personnel are known as the four fundamental pillars of the modern enterprise. It has been increasingly recognized that in order to coordinate modern organizations’ relationships, especially the relationship between the enterprise and the public, establish corporate image, expand enterprise influence, good public relationship is one of the key condition for enterprise’s survival and development. Public relationship activities should not limited to the direct sales and customer services, but also to establish a good relationship with customers and other target consumers through the broadcasting thus expands the enterprise operating environment. The practice of enterprise marketing activities also prove that effective public relations activities can significantly increase cooperation’s profit margin while benefit the society.
This report selected Chinese Metro’s external public relationship as the research object. The analyses are based on target audience, information, goals and strategies while under different leaderships. The report summarized by structured interviews, and concludes that the main issue within China Metro’s public relationship is in the communication process, and recommendation and suggestion on those issues are provided combined with the actual situations and the relevant PR(public relation) theories.
This research can play a positive role of future Chinese Metro public relation strategy formulation and implementation, and can be assistance to select the appropriate strategy which will adapt to China's national conditions, thus enhance the brand reputation with minimum effort.

Public relations has become a function of management of modern enterprises, has become an important part of enterprise strategy.Public relations have the same funds, equipment, personnel are together known as the four pillars of the modern enterprise. It has been increasingly recognized in the modern organization,coordination, especially the relationship between the enterprise and the public, establish a corporate image, expand enterprise influence,good public relations is the enterprise to seek survival anddevelopment indispensable conditions. Enterprise developmentactivities of public relations, does not lie in direct sales of goods andprovide services directly, but through the dissemination of public relations, establish situation good relationship with customers and other target audiences, improve enterprise operating environment, at the same time, the practice of enterprise marketing activities also prove, effectively carry out public relations activities, can bring remarkable economic benefits and social the benefit for the enterprise.
The Chinese Metro external public relations problem as the research object, through to the Chinese Metro external public relations of the target audience analysis, analysis and dissemination of information and goals and different period, leading public relations strategy, and astructured interview summary, found that the main problem existing inChina Metro external public relations in the communication process,and in the light of these combined with the actual situation of have a definite object in view of the relevant theories of PR communicationstrategies are given.
This research can be of Chinese Metro future external public relations strategy formulation and implementation to play an active role inhelping China Metro, the use of external public relations strategyreasonable to adapt to China's national conditions, have a multiplier effect, enhance the brand visibility and reputation.
