Don't make negative judgements. If anyone asks me what I have learnt in CCI, it is the first point that I want to share. I used to think of the results of things more complicated and worse than they actually were. I worried too much most of the times. But one day Johnson put forward the point in the morning meeting and I began to make some positive efforts. Soon I found myself happier than before.
Communicate effectively. Effective communication is necessary on the plane, which helps us communicate with passengers pleasantly. I thought of the story Candice shared, in which Lily managed to solve a problem in three minutes, while she herself failed to solve the same problem in ten minutes. Sometimes the passengers don't need much. What we lack is more simple ways of communication which will provide them what they want.
Be willing to help. I become what I am with the help of others. It is this helping circumstance that turns me a willing helper unconciously.
1. don't judge anything by negative mind. if sombody ask me what did i learn in CCI, i would like to share this first. i always think serious consequences with what i do in the past, and always woolgather. but at one of morning conferance. I'm try to judge everything without negative mind and do active efforts after Johnson mentioned ,this can make me delight in my life .
