红糖馒头的做法如下:
主料:面粉700克、黑糖粉100克、耐高糖酵母5克。
辅料:水370克。
1、先用一部分开水把黑糖粉搅拌化开,再倒入剩余的凉水,如果这时水温已经在35度左右,就可以直接揉面了,如果水温较高,那就放温后再用。把面粉和酵母混合。

2、红糖水分次加到面粉里揉成光滑的面团。

3、将面团分成2份,取一份擀成大约2毫米厚的长方形面片,卷起来。另一份也这样操作。

4、切成4厘米一个的馒头,放到蒸笼里进行发酵。

5、馒头发酵到大约2倍大,用手拿起来轻飘飘的就可以开火蒸了(一定要发到位哦,不然蒸出来的馒头也会不暄软的)。水开后蒸10分钟,再等5分钟就可以打开锅盖,取出馒头了。
