I have been a cook for years. I can cook delicious dishes with all kinds of cuisines such as deep-fried, quick-fried, stir-fried, stewed, baked, roasted, and so on. I enjoy cooking very much. When I am standing in front of the kitchen range, I always forget everything but my culinary skills, although I am all of a sweat.
I began to learn cooking when I was young. My master is a skillful chef, who has been engaged in on cooking for over 20 years. When I formally acknowledged him as my mater, he told me that learning culinary arts were not only full of something fine but also I should be ready to go through all kinds of hardships. He taught me how to distinguish the original material of food, how to make different material into the shapes to be cooked, how to observe the duration and degree of cooking, how to season them with flavouring. There are countless cooking knowledge to learn. With the help of my master, I have been getting to be a reliable cook day by day so that I can operate in the kitchen on my own today.
