to improve your health, First and formost you need to keep on doing sports, for example, you can go swimming, play basketball or sth else. Secondly, you should have at least 8 to 9 hours sleep every day, having enough sleep will let you feel energetic in the next day. Third, keeping optimistic and smiling everyday. (this is my personal opinion, if you want to make your speech longer, you can refer to the realm of how to learning, how to making friends, how to be sociable, or sth to be positive. )
