写了一篇英语作文，请高手帮忙批评修改。主要修改语法错误,还有的句子可不可以改成更高级的之类的。

He is an ordinary people，but he look forword to getting success one day.He often look through the biography of some outstanding people.He is lost in the ocean of knowledge.But very soon,he is failure.Then,he is at a loss.Sometimes，he goes mad，and thinks“Why me always get failure”.He even want doesn't have lunch.After some days,he overcome the difficulty and realize that the success contists of going from failure to failure without loss of enthusiasm.After that,he makes up his mind to face diverse challenges and get success step by step.Last,he get success and become a famous man.He write a novel according to his experice in memory of that hard time.

At last,he got success and became famous.He wrote a novel according to his own experice in memory of that hard time.

Our school has many rules, requiring all the teachers and students, regulating the leaf.
Forgive First to obey orders arrangement, listen to others suggest, do a strict students.
Second maintain campus safety, order and good learning environment. This requires us from the minor matter, starts the most basic it is strictly prohibited to chase scenes, it is strictly prohibited to smoking, drinking too much, and various daily behavior standards
We also have to wear our uniforms in our school, But we all thanks that wear our own clothes will more comefortable than wear uniforms ,but teachers said that if we wear our own clothes , we will councentrate more on our clothes instead of our studay .
So we think we should be allowed to design our own uniforms,because we need to study comfortable ,and Iwould study more carefull.
