我在2005年7月获得会计专业的学士学位，2010年获得硕士学位。在2006年至2008年曾在工行的一家分行做财务分析和统计的工作。

现在，我在一家高等职业学院（大专）做会计与金融专业的教师。

我以后想继续在高等学校机构做研究和教学，所以，我希望能取得一个博士学位。

因为我在读硕士的时候，学了很多数学相关的课程，所以，我的数学能力还可以。我想继续读会计学（含审计）或金融方面的博士。接下来我将准备我的申请材料。

我想进一步想向您请教：

1、学校在2014年大概招多少会计学和金融学的博士生？现在，哪些老师还有招生的名额？我现在是不是就要主动联系一位有意愿指导我以后学习的博士生导师，或者您能不能告诉我，我接下来应该联系谁呢？
2、申请材料中的research proposal，需要不需要和导师商量？

I passed my bachelor degree of accounting in July 2005 and obtained my master degree in 2010. I was doing accounting and worked as a financial analyst for a branch of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China from 2006 to 2008.

Now, I am a professional teacher of accounting and finance in a higher vocational college.
I would very much like to cary on with my research for a higher vocational academic institution as well as teaching, hoping to go and obtain my PHD.

My mathematical abilities is reasonably good because I have learned quite a bit of mathematics in my course work during my master course. So I like to continue with accounting (including auditing) or a PHD in finance. My apllication details are to follow.

And there are other things I also would like to inquire about:

1 Roughly how many doctoral students your university will recruit for 2014? At this moment, any of your tutors still have vacancies avaliable? Do I have to personally contact with one of your doctoral tutors who will be teaching me later? Or you could inform me who should I get in touch with?

2 Do I have to discuss with a tutor about the 'research proposal' in my application materials?

I want to want to ask you:
1, the school in 2014 probably many accounting and Finance PhD? Now, what the teacher and the enrollment quota?Now, is it right? I will take the initiative to contact a willingness to guide our future study doctoral tutor, or you can tell me, then I should contact the who?
2, the application materials in research proposal, need not to need to discuss with the tutor?
