Please be advised if the Contract with No.1234 are not inspected , the application of inspection of goods was sumbitted to the inspecting company on Oct.1 ,however, the time for inspecting the goods has not been fixed / specified so far .furthermore, their National Day holiday lasted from Oct.10-13. I can not contact them to confirm the time of inspecting the goods , The vessel schedule is Oct.16, We have to load the goods into the container , otherwise, /or else ,we will be able to do nothing but catch the next vessel schedule .please kindly tell us what your final decision is within this afteroon . 1. I want to know it No.124 contract can be executed without  examining goods.  I sent  application to the inspection company, but they haven't confirmed the time yet. And they have National Holiday from Oct 10 to Oct 13. I can not  contact them to make sure when to inspect the goods. 

2. The sailing date is Oct 16. We have to load containers today, otherwise we can only catch the next ship.

Please confirm if contract 124 could avoid inspection, as we have sent the application to the inspection company on Oct. 1st, but they have not approved by now. And their National Day holiday is from 10th to 13th, we can’t get in touch with them to confirm the inspection time. However, the ship date is 16th, and we MUST load the goods today, otherwise we have to catch next ship. Please let me know your decision this afternoon. Thanks!

Is it ok that we pull contract 124 out of inspection? We applied to the inspection agency on Oct. 1st, but they havn't confirmed back the inspect date. And we can't get on to them, since the agency are giving a vacation from Oct.10th to 13th for National Day.

May I ask whether the Contract 124 can go without inspection?

I requested the Insperition company on Oct.1, but they haven't reply the confirmed inspection date yet.
What's more they will be on Natioanl Day leave from Oct.10-13, I couldn't contact them or have them make sure of of inspection time.
The cargo shedule is to be sent on Oct.16, which makes us have to make the uploading today, or we can only take the next liner.
Pls kindly reply us about your decision on this issue.
