点击“语言栏”中的“▼”，然后，点击“设置”。会跳出一个窗口，点击“添加”，接着，又会有一个窗口，在“输入语言”中选择“Chinese（PRC）”。就可以了，然后在语言栏里把“EN”改成“CH”就行了。

Hi, Mr./Ms. Zhuo.

I noticed that you didn't have Chinese input and let me try to help you with that.

In the language bar, click on “▼” ( to view more options), then click on "settings". In the window that pops up, click on "add language". Another window should come up with a list of input language to choose, pick "chinese (PRC) " and confirm your selections. Now you should be able to switch the inut language to "CH" in the language bar.

照你的意思翻了一下，但我不认为这样能够起作用。根据我的经验，对于没有装东亚语言支持的xp，应该如下操作：
go to "control panel"
open "Regional and Languages Option"
click on the middle tab " Languages" , make sure " install files for Asian languages" is checked. (If not, the original installation disc is required for installation)
click on "details"
click on "add", pick the propitiate input language (Chinese (PRC)) in the drop-off list
click "OK" to confirm all the changes made
done!

How is everything going with you?I know that you can't type in Chinese,now I am here to help you.Please click the "▼"in the language bar,then,click"设置(set)".There will come out a window,click "添加(add)" then,choose "Chinese（PRC）" in "输入语言(put in language)" in the window which is opened late.That's OK.At last,change "EN" into "CH" in the language bar.

It's obvious that you can not input Chinese, but now I guess maybe I could help you out if you would follow couple of steps I listed below.

First you need to do is to click the ▼ button in your "language bar", then click "Settings". Then there would pop up a window, click "add" to activate another window, as the final step, you should choose "Chinese (PRC)" item in its "input language" option, it's okay then. To input Chinese, you just simply click the "EN" item in your language bar and change it to "CH".
