我已经等待了40天也未收到包裹。 我去过Royal Mail的中国境内合作方Express Mail Service我所在的城市网点询问查找订单也未有结果。所以我只能和你们联系。我所有购买的订单也已经全部收到，包括这2个订单之后的一些订单也收到了 唯独上述2个订单没有收到 不知道是什么原因 能否帮我找到这2个包裹 或者能否提供邮件订单跟踪号查询 因为这2个包裹对我很重要 我非常喜欢这里面的商品 希望能帮我解决处理下 非常感谢
