As detailed in note 8 to the financial statements,the company has not prepared consolidated financial statements in accordance with the requirements of international accounting standard 27 “consolidated and separate financial statements ” promulgated by the international accounting standards board .in our opinion,there is insufficient information concerning the subsidiaries in these financial statements togive a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the group as at 31 december 2007 and of the results and cash flows of the group as a whole .it is not practicable to quantify the effects of the departure from these requirements.

在财务报告的第八条中有明确指出，现公司还没有由国际会计标准委员会所颁布并规定要求的联合财务报表。而依我看来，根据目前财务报表中的附款，我们还不足以就集团截止2007年12月31日的事务及它的影响和集团整体的资金流动给出一个明确的统计和看法。所以现在我们说没有这样的一个联合财务报表将会给公司带来多大的影响是不实际的。（因为如果我们冒冒然估计一个数字，给公司带来的影响可能会更大）言外之意。
