However I'm sorry to tell that our clients think your price is pretty high, since comparing with some Japanese suppliers, your prices is 20% high at least, if for the deal, we'd hope you can lower at least 8%, other conditions same as indicated in your email dated May 27th.

Well received you re-offer for 8% price down. Even though prices from Japanese suppliers are 20% high, our quality is at much higher level. Anyway, in order to make the deal, we agree to give you 8% price down if your ordering quantity can reach to 8000pcs, other conditions as our offer dated May 27th.

Received your re-offer dated June 2nd and we agree to add the ordering quantity to 8000pcs and you make your price 8% down. However, since ordering quantity is large we'd hope change the payment term to "30%T/T+70%D/P", this is our first cooperation and perhaps this is the best way for both of us to evaluate each other for futural cooperation, if the first deal pleasing, we'll place more following orders to you.
