摘要：自从中国移动通信公司获得工信部发放的TD-LTE牌照以来，中国移动便大力建设了有关TD-LTE的基站个数和覆盖面积。伴随TD-LTE网络的商用开始，一些网络故障也伴随而来，并导致用户的网络体验度下降。由于TD-LTE网络的优先性，对于基站的开通、设备的维护、网络的优化、故障的处理等方面技术还有所欠缺，导致基站的运营中出现了众多问题。为了解决并及时的处理这些问题，本文重点以TD-LTE网络中的掉话问题为主。通过实践和理论的结合学习发现，主要影响TD-LTE网络掉话的原因有干扰问题、覆盖问题、切换等问题。然而这三种问题任何一种都可以导致网络故障导致用户掉话，所以本文重点针对这三种掉话问题展开分析，并通过实践得到解决方案，进行相应的网络优化，达到提高网络质量提升客户满意度的要求和标准。
