经受益人签署的证明，证明一套非议付单据已于装船日期后直接传真给受益人。
注：议付就是由议付行向受益人购进由他出立的汇票及所附单据。
不可议付简单的说就是不可以向银行索回货款，因为它不是货权凭证。
在我国,习惯上把议付称作"买单",实际上是议付行在受益人向议付行提交符合信用证条款单据的前提下,对受益人的垫款.
客户要这个NON-NEGOTIABLE DOCUMENTS只是想了解货已上船，及到港信息以便作报关准备.起通知作用. 提单只有正本才可提货.
