（急急急）关于澳洲合同法的一个案例分析。。

有一个澳洲合同法的案例分析让我很头疼啊··有没有哪位好人能帮帮我的。
CASE大概是这样的。。
A要卖一辆车，B在消息发布当天晚9点搬就发了邮件要买车，A在第二天10点才看到邮件，
C在消息发布当天晚10点就寄信要买车，信在第三天下午1点才到。
D在消息发布当天晚上10点半，就打电话说要以更高的价钱买车，
结果A就把车卖给了D
然后B和C对这样的结果有所争议。

Burnside wrote a letter to the Club :"iam offering exclusively to the members of the club, my car for $80,000.The first member to accept my offer will be able to purchase this outstanding car." letter was read to the members of the Club at the meeing held on March 8 at 7.30pm. At 9.39pm , Norwood a club member, sent an email to accepting his offer. Burnside read this email at 10am on the following day.another club member,Kensington,posted a letter at 10pm on his way home from the meeting accepting Burnside's offer. Burnside received this leeter at 1pm on 10 March. Croydon, a visitor toclub,tried to ring Buinside at his home at 10,30pm on the same evening. Mr burnside was away,,but mrs Buinside answered the phone .Croy don said he would be prepared to pay $90,000,00 for the car.Mrs Burnside replied " i will give him a call ."Mrs burnside told him about Croydon's offer for the car .Burnside was receive this offer and accepted his offer of $90,000.
