科技论文发表的写作要求~~不是很懂，有哪位高手能帮我准确翻译一下啊 谢谢

Manuscripts must be typewritten, double-spaced with wide margins on one side of white paper. A font size of 12 or 10 pt is required. Lines must be numbered consecutively throughout the manuscript. Other than the cover page, every page of the manuscript, including the title page, references, tables etc. should be numbered. However, in the text no reference should be made to page numbers.
