Student's Pass OnLine Application and Registration+

This facility allows authorised schools, registered students and appointed local sponsors (where applicable) to apply for a Student's Pass for the foreign student electronically via the SOLAR+ system.

For Authorised School
An authorised school administrator from a CaseTrusted/CaseTrust-Exempted Private Education Organisation (PEO), kindergartens registered with Ministry of Education (MOE) and/or childcare centres licensed by Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports (MCYS) (KID) or Foreign System School (FSS) will use this system to apply for a Student's Pass for a foreign student who intends to pursue full-time studies in the school. Please click on the relevant button below to proceed with the application.

For Registered Student
A foreign student who wish to pursue full-time studies in a CaseTrusted/CaseTrust-Exempted Private Education Organisation (PEO), kindergartens registered with Ministry of Education (MOE) and/or childcare centres licensed by Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports (MCYS) (KID) or Foreign System School (FSS) will use this system to submit eForm 16 and other relevant information pertaining to the application. Please click on the relevant button below, after the school has successfully registered the student, to proceed with the application.

For Appointed Local Sponsor
This is only applicable for the application of a Student's Pass to pursue full-time studies in a PEO/KID. A local sponsor will use this system to submit eForm 39S and sponsor a foreign student's application for a Student's Pass. Please click on the relevant button below, after the foreign student has successfully submitted his/her application, to proceed with the sponsorship.
