In consideration for acceptance of our Cadet into theMarine Corps Junior Reserve Officer Training Program, we understand theundersigned, intending to be legally bound, for ourselves, our heirs, executorsand administrators, waive and releaseany and all rights and claims for damages we may have against the United StatesGovernment and the United States Marine Corps and their representatives,successors, and assigns, for any and all injuries suffered by our son in the Marine Corps Junior Reserve OfficerTraining Corps Program.
