求助信用证条款翻译

第一次做信用证，无法理解这些条款，请高手帮忙翻译一下。谢谢！

3.2 The bank may,at any time,cancel this trust and take possession of the goods and/or their proceeds of sale,wherever and in whatever form the same may be.we undertake to return to the bank forthwith on request of the bank ai any time the documents and to comply and fully with any instructions which the bank may gibe as to the manner of dealing with the goods or the documents or any of them.

3.3 The bank is hereby authorised to demand,collect and/or receive the sale proceeds of the goods and/or documents direct from any purchaser or purchaser without notice to us.

3.4 We shall surrender to the bank the goods and/or the documents and/or their proceeds of sale if the bank makes demand upon us for payment of all or any liabilities or if the bank otherwise becomes entitled to accelerate payment of all or any liabilities.

Trust receipt supplemental to bank's general commercial agreement
4. This trust receipt is supplemental to and shall be read together with the general commercial agreement [(or,if applicable,the standard terms for banking facilities(2007edition)/standard terms for trade services(2007edition)]entered into between us and the bank.for this purpose,the provisions of the said general commercial agreement [(or,if applicable,the standard terms for banking facilities(2007edition)/standard terms for trade services(2007edition)]shall also apply in respect of this trust receipt mutandis.however,to the extent there is any conflict between the said general commercial agreement [(or,if applicable,the standard terms for banking facilities(2007edition)/standard terms for trade services(2007edition)]and this trust receipt,this trust receipt shall prevail.

-Cargo receipt issued and signed by the authorized signatory(ies)of applicant showing the number of this credit,the relative invoice amount quantity and evidencing receipt of the goods in good order and condition

-One original of beneficiary's certificate to certify that full set of forearder cargo receipt with one of original commercial invoice,one of original packing list have been sent to applicant by courier

一份正本的受益人证明，证明整套的货物承运收据，一份正本商业发票，一个你正本装箱单已经寄给申请人（受益人证明只需将certify that后面的句子抄上去，有必要的话稍微改一下动词状态就好了）
