In case that the Inquirer need to rework with a workload of 30% or above as a result of changes in the design inquiry project, size and condition by the Outsourcer, or errors in the information submitted, or significant modification to the information, the Outsourcer shall pay additional design inquiry fee to the Inquirer in proportion to the extra workload of the Inquirer, in which case the parties shall enter into a supplemental agreement (or a seperate contract) through negotiation.
The Outsourcer agrees prior to the execution of this Contract that the Outsourcer shall pay the Inquirer relevant design inquiry fee (which shall be included in the price of this Contract) for each job of design inquiry done by the Inquirer for the Outsourcer.
In aordance with the requirements of Article 4 herein, the Outsourcer shall submit to the Inquirer basic information and documents in a timely manner, and shall be responsible for the integrity, auracy and timeliness thereof.
The Outsourcer shall provide necessary assistances to those who are sent to address relevant design issues onsite.
