the war had destroyed修饰economies的,这个我知道,但按理说whose后面应该是个从句修饰前面的the Europeans and Asians. 但却不是句子,请大家解释一下.不要用太专业的术语,大致说下就可以,最好是能举个例子,说不明白举个例子也行啊. 谢谢.
