This Agreement is ancillary to any signed supply agreement between the parties or terms and conditions of business incorporated into the trading relationship of the parties save that should there be any discrepancy between the terms of this Agreement and the terms of any supply agreement or terms and conditions of business which relate to warranty or warranty support then the terms of this Agreement shall supersede those terms of the supply agreement or terms and conditions of business. All provisions relating to matters other than warranty or warranty support shall be determined by any signed supply agreement or terms and conditions of business as referred to above.
