口头的首先最好自己写，因为自己写的东西才能记得清楚；别人的可以参考，但最好用比较

简单的词汇和句型而且一定所有的词汇要是你自己能真正掌握的；第三就是自己一定要练习

，对着镜子说，要熟练，才不至于面试时卡壳；第四，在很熟练的基础上，面试时不要说的

太快，要清晰，尤其对于口语不是很强的。图快往往就不清晰。
