Sub:quotation for Supply of Equipment
With reference to your ref. No.____dated____,we are pleased to be executed have just been slightly madified for better performance,but we,appreciating your interest in our products,will not add to the price any additional cost actually incurred during the modification.
Our quotation,in both CIF and FOB for your convenience,is as follows:
1.Descriptions price:CIF(project lecation) FOB(departing port)

2.Terms of payment
irrevocable and confirmed letter of credit negotiable at sight with shipping documents to be opened within 30 days after signing the contract in our favor,covering the total contract price.

3.Validity of offer
this offer remains valid until ________.

4.Transportation
Transportation will be made by means of ocean vessel to the unloading port and then by trailers to the project location if you select CIF price (project location). We shall be entitled to use any
shipping company abd aby inland transportation company,In case of demurrage at the unloading port,itshall be charged to your account.

5.Customs Clearance
We shall not responsible for any efforts,customs duty or any other charges regarding the customs clearnce such equipment.

6.Bank Charges
All bank charges,including for opening L/C,incurred outside our country shall be borne by you.

In order to make every of our products,we agree to send one or more qualified technicians to your job site to provide training service free of charge.
