Supplier hereby grants and Distributor accepts the right to market and sell the Branded Products in the Territory on the terms and conditions mentioned below with explicit exclusion of the internet sales. The right to market the Branded Products is non–exclusive for the first year as of the date of signature of this Agreement and should become exclusive whether the Distributor reaches at least 100% of the sale target set for the first year according to Annex 7.2
