7.8 The CSR Answer shall also contain Seller´s proposed cause of action for situations in which Buyer or End-Users’ need for assistance does not result from an Error in Products. For example, Seller shall respond to all questions included in the CSR and including but not limited to the provision of support Services with respect to the configuration or implementation of the Products as well as system administration and questions related to the provisioning of Products (including the installation of Updates, the adjustment of system parameters, and the performance of Products diagnostics).
