英文索赔函怎么写

我们在孟加拉订了一批布料，现在因为对方少交了布料，导致我们成品短装（少做了大约79件衣服），现在要问厂家索赔，因本人洋文学的太烂，不知道英文怎么写啊！！

还望各位大侠帮助！
The terms of our compensation is that is the euro price by three times , once we confirmed the short set.
