摘 要
薄带铸轧技术是冶金材料研究领域内的一项前沿技术,由于其所具有的独特的优越性得到了世界各国的广泛关注和研究,并逐步取得了替代传统铸锭热轧法的稳定地位。尽管它很多优点,但是由于铸造部分中结晶方向性比较强,而轧制部分中又不能充分破碎柱状晶和枝晶,因此,铸轧过程中容易形成粗大的柱状晶,带坯的力学性能各向异性严重,深拉性会低于热轧板带。基于振动能够细化晶粒,改善薄带内部组织性能的认识,于是萌生了将结晶器施加机械振动来细化晶粒的工艺引入到铝带坯双辊铸轧生产中的设想。因此本文提出了一个新的工艺概念——振动铸轧,它是薄带生产的一项重要工艺,这对扩大铸轧合金品种和提高铸轧生产率具有重大意义,有待于积极开发。
本文考虑到了熔体的特殊性与环境的复杂性,利用有限元软件对铸轧区温度场进行数值模拟,并通过试验研究,分析得出具体参数对影响铸轧工艺的影响,主要进行了以下几方面的研究工作:
1.针对振动铸轧的计算区域建立了熔池的温度场的数学模型,并提出了具体的边界条件的处理方法。
2.对铸轧区铝熔液进行了三维数值模拟,采用了等价比热法处理凝固潜热问题。
3.对模拟的结果分析研究,得出不同工艺参数如振动频率、浇铸温度、铸轧速度对温度场和等温线的影响规律,从而为以后的试验部分确定了最佳的铸轧工艺环境奠定了理论基础。
