常说生命无价，但人们的价值在企业前却显得淼小。看过各类化工废料排放的新闻，我明白企业每个生产程序的决定足以影响无数市民的生命。与母亲畅谈她的工作轶事，发现现实的企业只为利益而做，即使有能力却不愿改变。这种自利的心态，令我渴求尽己所能，寻求两全的方法，同时把想法灌输至企业，改变目前的道德观

减低资源运用，提升经济效益正是营运管理专家的责任。所以，相较其他行业，其职责对工厂程序的安排是具影响力的。正因有机会参与其中，我才可以灵活运用知识提出切实可行的建议，优化生产程序，减低不必要的废料排放，加强企业的社会责任。

我是一个固执的人，讨厌自己的弱处，以及所欠缺的能力，所以我一直坚持参与社区活动和比赛去检讨及改进自己，而这坚定的意志驱使我克服所有学习上的困难，朝未来迈进。另外， 从人力资源课程所学到的人际技巧和管理知识亦为此科奠下基石，让我能够将获得的知识融汇贯通，应用在本科的问题上。

大学是一个重视学术交流的地方，只有这个平台才可以让我的理念得到关注，更可从志同道合的人中发展崭新管理概念，所以我愿意将成果与大众共享，推动本科学术的发展。
