he had not said anything就是the fact的内容,事实是他没有说任何话.而且从句主谓宾齐全
The fact that you are talking about is important.
you are talking about 从这个从句中无法判断出the fact 是什么.而且 that 代替 the fact 还要做介词about的宾语.
