【摘要】 为了评估大剂量微米粒径墨粉颗粒经由支气管染毒对小鼠肺部的毒性影响,本文从病理学检查及实验动物的BALF(肺灌洗液)、肺匀浆的生化指标以及病理学切片等方面来进行探讨。 以0.5g/kg剂量纳米粒径墨粉颗粒对小鼠经支气管注射染毒,隔天注射,共注射四次。分别于9天、4周、8周、12周取肺灌洗液后处死并解剖获得各个脏器,观察肺灌洗液和肺匀浆生化指标的变化,肺部组织切片的病理学变化。实验表明,墨粉颗粒对小鼠的肺部确实有毒性。从总蛋白、白蛋白、ACP(酸式磷酸酶)、LDH(乳酸脱氢酶)、NOS(一氧化氮合成酶)、MDA(丙二醛)等生化指标的升高以及病理学的切片看来,墨粉颗粒可引起小鼠肺部发生炎症症状,从而影响小鼠肺部的正常生理机能。
