摘要：
中国经济的飞速发展带来了人民红红火火的好日子，然而社会的不公平日趋严重却是我们必须正视的，城乡与区域之间经济发展的不协调造成的社会不公平体现在与人们生活息息相关的方方面面：收入分配、教育、医疗、文化设施、社会保障等等。
国家的宏观经济调控就需要填补市场经济调控的空缺使经济持续协调的发展，而作为宏观经济调控主要方面的财税政策是调节社会分配关系、协调与平衡社会不同阶层、不同群体的利益关系重要工具,财税政策具有直接、快捷、针对性强和结构性调整作用大等特点, 能准确反映政府调控意图, 作用于社会不同群体和个人, 有巨大的影响力。运用税收政策与财政政策，能有效的缓解社会矛盾，促进社会公平
本文着重从收入分配与公共服务分配两方面论述了财税政策在促进社会公平方面的巨大作用，文章可以分为三大部分，第一部分论述了社会公平的基本内涵，第二部分阐述了我国社会公平的现状及对其原因的分析，第三部分提出利用财税政策促进社会公平的建议。
