法律文书作为法律活动的文字载体,真实客观地记载了立案、侦察、起诉、审判、执法等诉讼活动的始终。它体现着法律的尊严和公正, 由于这样的司法工作直接关系到了国家集体的权益和公民的切身利益，所以法律文书语言比一般公文用语要求更高、更特殊，它在词语运用、句子表达、语言运用、语言风格、段落结构方面有着自身独特的规范性，倘若这些规范性能得到进一步实现，判决腐败和司法腐败的现象将会被有效地防止。所以作为一个法律工作者，不仅要熟谙法律，还要在研究和制作法律文书的过程中的讲求语言的规范性，提高书面表达能力。

Legal documents has been recorded truly objectively as flexible law characters carrier, placing on file for investigation and prosecution, has charged , has been tried, enforce the law waiting for legal action to use personal influence all the time.
