首先你这个说的结构就不清晰，如果你按后台前台那么分你用ssh那段应该放在eclipse后面，而且MyEclipse是个插件，你这种写法是论文大忌不严谨，应该说用开源IDE Eclipse加上IBM的MyEclipse插件，还用MySQL存储系统数据这块就更不严谨了，首先MySQL是个DBMS就是数据库管理系统，你要说应用数据库使用MySQL管理，另外Dreamweaver+Photoshop这个就不用说了吧，谁都知道Dreamweaver是用来写HTML的，你写的任何jsp脚本都不会有提示，况且Eclipse就能写jsp和js代码用得着非得强调你用了网页三剑客么？

还有你jsp配合简单的CSS样式与js实现客服端页面，这个就没必要特别说明了吧，你要是用了Ajax说说还行，要是没用这么说了让导师一看就知道你没怎么做

总结一下，你的这个东西写的可谓是四个字零敲碎打啊，正确的行文顺序应该是先说使用了Eclipse开发用了ssh，并且符合MVC，数据库用MySQL管理，是运行在tomcat上的BS程序，然后说表示层用了jsp，jsp里面又用了js，然后说说你的系统的特点，什么功能完善什么的，还有缺点这个能造成系统瘫痪这个就不要说了，通过测试可用说用了什么压力测试黑盒白盒的随便编点，别一笔带过，自己先改改，改完再找人翻译
