Very simple fix for this problem...
Go to windows file, system 32, spp, store, 2.0, cache, and delete the contents. go back to Store and try again...
You can thank me later....
解释：进C:\windows\system32\app\store\2.0\cache\ 删除该文件夹下的内容，然后回到应用商店再次尝试即可。
